At QuillSmiths Publishing Ltd, we take great care in crafting, packaging, and delivering our digital products. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities concerning refunds and returns for purchases made through our website: www.quillsmiths.com.

 

Digital Product Policy

All eBook and digital file sales are final.
Due to the intangible nature of digital downloads, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been successfully delivered. By completing a purchase, you agree to this no-refund policy.

 

If You Encounter a Problem

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience any of the following:

  • You did not receive the download link

  • You received the wrong file or edition

  • You are unable to access the file despite having the correct software

  • There was a technical issue during the transaction

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@quillsmiths.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number or transaction ID

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A clear description (screenshots appreciated)

Our team will respond within 48 hours to resolve the issue.

 

Consumer Rights (UK & EU)

Our refund policy complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding digital content. When purchasing a digital download, you waive your 14-day cooling-off period as soon as the content is delivered, unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.

 

Physical Print Editions

If you have ordered a print-on-demand book and it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed:

  • Please email returns@quillsmiths.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Include photos and your order details.

  • We will liaise with the printer and either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

 

Change of Mind

We cannot offer refunds for accidental purchases, duplicate orders, or changes of mind. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
